Do You Want to Go to the Museum? - Come in Right Now!
The Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko Museum developed by “3D Art” company is a unique project in Ukraine.
KIEV, UKRAINE.- Art and computer technologies are hardly compounded, at first glance. But it is only at first glance. Every museum that takes care of its development and image, tries to create a web-site, with bright content and detailed information about exposition.

Today museums as guardians of cultural heritage and artistic masterpieces need support, advertising, infusion of fresh and modern ideas. One of the most effective ways to do it is to use computer technologies.

Would you like to visit a foreign museum? Would you like to see new collections, to walk around the museum, to have the possibility to use “Virtual Guide”?

All this is available in the application “Virtual Excursion. The Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko Museum”, developed by “3D Art” company. Nowadays it is a unique project in Ukraine. It is on the disk and also you can find it in the Internet at www.3dart-studio.com

What does this program “Virtual Excursion” look like?
It is a completely new approach. Everything is easy. You install the application on your computer and get into the museum. After that you can freely move from one hall to another, from one museum object to another. You can look very close at the most valuable art objects from each side!

There are two modes. The first one is Virtual Guide. The program leads you automatically, demonstrating the most interesting exhibits. The information, full of exciting facts and legends, sounds at the same time.

The second one is Free Look. In this mode you can move freely in the halls of the Oriental Collection. You may behave yourself as you are alone in the museum. The application is easy to use. You may install the Ukrainian or English version.

Speaking about such products, we have to understand that new technologies do quality advertising for museums. It is a new level of relation between the museum and its visitors.
